| MSA Sports Network Student Athlete Spotlight |
|
Ashley Henderson- friendly, personable and funny are just a few words to describe her, but talented is the word most people think of when they hear her name. She is a 4 year starter on the varsity girls soccer team and a 4 year starter on the basketball team at Greensburg Central Catholic High school. Some of the awards she has accomplished are First Team All State for basketball, Post Gazette Female Athlete of the Year, Post Gazette Fab Five, and AA Player of the Year. She is ranked 39th best shooting guard by all state girls report and 167th best player by blue star for the class of 2007 in the country. Ashley has attended the the 2005 and 2006 Adidas Top Ten Camp in Atlanta Georgia. She has been the Greensburg Tribune Reviews Player of the Year for the last 2 years. She is also a member of the 1000 Points Club as a junior.
Ashley is also a menber of SADD and a Alter server and a Eucharistic Minister at Ascension Church. She also has a 3.8 gpa at Greensburg Central High School. Ashley is a very humble person and works very hard. Ashley will be attending The Universiy of Pittsburgh on a Athletic Scholarship.

| How to Get Your Student in the Spotlight |
|
Balancing sports, schoolwork, and other activities is one of your
child's greatest challenges. We at MSA Sports would like to
spotlight some of these students who do just that - and do it WELL!
Parents, teachers, family members and friends, we need your help
identifying students to feature in the Student Athlete Spotlight.
Send a photograph of the student, along with some biographical
information. Student bio should be brief (2 or 3 paragraphs) and
include sport played and position, academic and other honors, GPA,
extracurricular activities, and any other information that helps to
showcase the achievements and character of this student athlete.
Once your child is selected we will send you a permission form to
allow us to post the student's picture and profile. Please
use this form to submit a student
for consideration.
